Coffee 101

Coffee 101

Learn about organic specialty coffee, how it grows and gets processed, and what makes it different from the rest of the world's coffee supply.

You'll also learn about Cooperative Coffees, our unique importer that consists of 23 roasting companies including Bongo, and how this organization allows us to develop long-term relationships with our coffee farming partners.

This hour-long get-together concludes with a taste of coffees from three different regions: South American, Africa and Indonesia.

(We have a set a limit of 6 guests per class - please contact us directly if you require room for a larger group.)
