Italian Roast UW Peru

We chose an unwashed coffee for this intensely dark roast to create a complex roast that's dark but still fruit heavy.


Unwashed coffees are created by sun-drying the beans inside the cherry before pulping and drying again. Thus, we took extra care to match this dark roast with these beans to produce this complex and still darn fruity taste.


Taste notes of berries, stone fruit, dark chocolate with a full body.
