I love natural process coffees; there is a unique taste with them that is comforting to me. This one has notes of raspberry and strawberry jam and is perfectly balanced. When it's my turn to brew coffee at the shop, this is the one right now I reach for!

Bongo is part of a group that played a role in bringing this traditional coffee back by encouraging farmers in Coyona to return to creating unwashed coffees. This saves water and allows the beans to dry inside the cherries instead of pulping and washing them right away. This is a more costly process since about 20% of the crop is lost to mold.
This natural processed coffee has a sweet, fruit-forward taste and a delicate body. Tasting notes of candied strawberry, chocolate, orange zest and raspberry jam.
