Ethiopia Sidama

Grown beneath a canopy of indigenous ensete trees—often called false banana—this coffee comes from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, where shade-grown farming and food security go hand in hand. The ensete plant is a staple food crop for local families and helps create the cool, humid conditions that make Sidama coffee so distinct.

This light roast is a longtime Bongo World favorite: delicate, fruit-forward, and perfectly balanced.

Tasting notes: blueberry, blackberry, and honey. A soft, layered sweetness with just the right amount of acidity—easy to sip, hard to forget.
