Guatemala Chajulense

Guatemala Chajulense

The Chajulense farmer cooperative was started in 1988 by 40 farmers. Through Cooperative Coffees (the cooperative of like-minded roasters we helped start), Bongo has been purchasing this coffee since 2006, helping the organization grow to about 1,500 members.

Taste notes of red grape, caramel, pecan and hint of marshmallow.
