Mexico Triunfo Verde

Triunfo Verde is a cooperative of over 500 small-scale farmers in Mexico committed to organic growing practices and environmental stewardship. Their mission is simple but ambitious: produce high-quality coffee while improving member livelihoods and protecting the ecosystems they depend on.

Beyond farming, the co-op is actively engaged in environmental education and advocacy for gender equity, racial equality, and religious freedom—a holistic approach to sustainability that goes far beyond certification.

Tasting notes: Dark chocolate, molasses, nutmeg, and clove with a sweet finish and soft citrus lift. This medium roast reflects the care and complexity behind it.
